Prats Assisted Living was founded in 1997 by Dr. Luis J Prats and Gisela Prats LPC and are backed by 25 years of high quality care giving experience.  In 2007 Prats Residential Behavioral Health Agency was born and we made the dedicated transition to residential behavioral health. Shortly after Paradise valley Behavioral Health joined our ranks with a focus and commitment to providing the best possible services to our clients. We are a family owned licensed business operated by devoted compassionate professionals.

 

     Our programs are designed to serve all levels of care, ranging from medical conditions to memory impairment to mental health.

Maintaining independence is a service that takes constant evaluation of services and continual development of these services.  

This is why at Prats Residential Behavioral Health and Paradise Valley Behavioral Health we emphasize on bringing as many services as we can to our resident's door steps. It helps ensure Residents are in a safe environment while maintaining a sense of self-reliance.

     Dr. Luis J. Prats, is a retired non-practicing physician in Arizona, dedicating himself to behavioral health. He finished his Psychiatric Residency at Maricopa Medical Center and holds a Masters Degree in Mental Health.

 

     LPC Giselia Prats MS, holds a Masters Degree in Mental Health and is licensed as a Professional Counselor. Her career milestones include becoming Certified as a Diplomat by the American Psychotherapy Association, and also held the title of Director at Large of the Arizona Association of Assisted Living. 

 

     The Program Director David Cardoso, BS holds an Associates degree in Science and a Bachelor’s in Business.  In addition he is currently finishing his degree as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

     The Assistance Director Daniel Prats, BS holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Arizona State University.  He has been working closely with the program for use showing great compassion for the mental health field.
